A suppression lasts for 21 days from the date it's placed. You can also extend your Credit File Suppression for a 1 year if you need to.
You can still apply for credit while your credit report is suppressed. But providers might not be able to make a full credit assessment. To share your full file with specific providers, contact the credit bureaus directly:
