On your credit report, you’ll see your credit account details and payment history. Missed payments reported by lenders and providers will show too.
If you see incorrect information or an account you don’t recognise, contact the provider. They'll look into this and update it if they agree your information is incorrect. They’ll also share updates with the credit bureaus.
Allow time for your credit report to show new information or updates. If it's been longer than 2 months and you've already contacted your provider, get in touch with us.
