Your credit report should always have the right address. Here’s how to keep it up to date, and what to do if it’s showing an old one.
How to update your address
To update your address, head to My Account and choose your current address from the dropdown list.
If your current address isn’t showing as an option, it usually means:

Not all your providers have your new address yet
or -
They’ve updated it, but it hasn’t made its way to your credit report.
How long it takes to update
We get your credit report information from illion, and they get it from the banks, lenders and companies you have accounts with - like your phone, internet or electricity provider.
Once you update your address with your providers, it can take up to 6 weeks for those changes to show on your credit report.
What you need to do

Update your address with all your lenders and service providers. This includes your bank, credit card, phone and utility companies.

Allow up to 6 weeks for it to update on your credit report.

If your address still hasn’t updated after 6 weeks:
