We partner with Persona to verify your identity. We accept the following identity documents (ID):
✓ NZ driving licences (photocard only)
✓ Current passports
✓ Kiwi Access Card
Documents we can’t accept:
• Black and white copies
• Non-NZ or paper driving licences
• Any expired documents
We'll ask you to take a photo of your ID and may request a selfie to verify that the ID belongs to you. Learn more about ID verification in our guide.
