Still want to delete your account?
If you're still not happy with your experience or need to delete your account to sign up again:
- Log in and go to the 'My Account' section, then select 'Delete my account'. If you're unable to log in, contact us so we can delete it on your behalf.
- Continue by accepting 'Yes, delete my account' and 'I still want to delete my account'.
- We'll send an email to confirm your cancellation request has been processed.
Once your account is deleted, we’ll completely anonymise your data and delete all personal information.
