We use a verification tool that allows us to check your details against the NZ Government Confirmation Service. The supplier for this tool is called greenID technology.
There is a planned maintenance disrupting this service at the moment with greenID technology. This means you might encounter an error message during sign-up with ClearScore.
After the disruption period comes to an end, delete your account and sign up using a different ID to your first try. If you don't have another form of ID to sign-up with ClearScore, that's ok. Give it 24 hours and try to sign up again with the same ID.
